In response to resident concerns and in accordance with community Rules and Regulations, Pegasus reminds residents that no vendor or guest will be permitted through the resident gate. All visitors and vendors must enter through the visitor lane and check in with gate personnel. This procedure ensures proper authorization and enhances overall community security.
Pegasus is also working with ECC to develop a process to identify former members who may still have active barcodes, preventing unauthorized access to The Vines.
Regarding assessments, one resident in arrears has made a payment, while another property has entered foreclosure. Barcodes have been suspended for residents who have not paid their assessments.
Residents are encouraged to register at pegasus.cincwebaxis.com. Scroll to “Welcome” and follow the instructions. Those living in neighborhood associations will need to register an additional property. The portal provides updated account information, financials, documents, and important communications.
