The Landscaping, Irrigation, and Perimeter Fencing Committee continues to focus on several key projects around the community. Areas impacted by white fly infestation have been prioritized, and damaged landscaping is being addressed as conditions allow. Hedges that were affected will be replaced with plants that are better suited for the area, once budget and weather conditions support installation.
Work related to the new fencing remains a top priority. Landscaping along the fence line is planned, and irrigation lines will be installed where needed to support new plantings and ensure long-term growth.
In addition, Pegasus will be following up with Fence Dynamics regarding the lift station located on the eastern side of VTC. While waiting on pricing and budget decisions, repairs will be made to the existing gate to ensure it remains functional and secure in the meantime.
